#SUPERTUXKART ORIGINAL VERSION INSTALL#
if you do install the flatpak or snap version be sure to uninstall the software center version first so as not to be confused.

if available, just follow the prompts and type in your password when requested. Just type snap find supertuxkart in terminal. Solus comes with snap package management via the terminal preinstalled by default. Other option is to see if there is a snap or flatpak version of the program or game you want and install it instead.

Maybe someone more familiar with drivers etc. as far as uninstalling software, unless i am mistaken, if you click the remove button in Software Center it will remove the program and all of its dependencies unless they are needed by another program on the system as well. i cannot see why it should not work for you unless of course you do have Nivida graphics in which case you need to install them. I have supertuxkart game installed on my think pad laptop with AMD cpu and a AMD graphics card. And if I remove the game, will Software Center remove all dependencies and libraries too? The game is supposed to take 14.5 MB, but it looked like it downloaded several hundred megabytes. But I just want to understand why it happened. X connection to :0 broken (explicit kill or server shutdown).įor me games are not so important. translation: Env var LANGUAGE = 'ru:en_US'. : Asset 16 will be loaded from '/usr/share/supertuxkart/data/tracks/'. : Asset 15 will be loaded from '/usr/share/supertuxkart/data/textures/'. : Asset 14 will be loaded from '/usr/share/supertuxkart/data/sfx/'. : Asset 13 will be loaded from '/usr/share/supertuxkart/data/music/'. : Asset 12 will be loaded from '/usr/share/supertuxkart/data/models/'. : Asset 11 will be loaded from '/usr/share/supertuxkart/data/library/'. : Asset 10 will be loaded from '/usr/share/supertuxkart/data/po/'.

#SUPERTUXKART ORIGINAL VERSION DRIVER#
The only similar cases I found were about nVidia driver on Ubuntu, and I did not install video driver too. For a moment I see the icon, but it immediately closes. Yesterday I install SuperTuxKart, but it doesn't work. This summer I switched to Linux and Solus KDE became the first my distro.
